Terms of service

www.deliadore.com (the “Site”) is operated by GAİJİN MÜCEVHERAT VE AKSESUAR LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Deliadore”). By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service.

Orders are also governed by the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. If these terms differ from those documents, the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement prevail.

1. Products and Production

Our products are made from 925 sterling silver in our workshop at Vezir Han, Istanbul. They are not shipped from stock; each piece is made to order based on the base, colour/plating and charm combination you choose.

Because of handcrafting, there may be small differences in size and tone between pieces. Colours in product images may look different depending on your screen settings.

If you have a metal sensitivity, please contact us before purchasing. You can also contact us for custom design requests.

2. Orders and Prices

Prices on the Site are in Turkish lira and include VAT. An order is concluded once you approve the contract documents and your payment is completed.

If a product's price or features are clearly shown incorrectly due to a technical error, we may cancel the order after informing you. In that case, the full amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

3. Payment

Payments are taken through the PayTR secure payment system with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy credit and debit cards. Credit cards can be paid in up to 12 instalments; instalment interest may apply depending on your bank, and the exact amount is shown at checkout.

If you have a problem paying by card, you can contact us to pay by bank transfer. Your card details are not seen or stored by Deliadore.

4. Invoices

An e-Archive invoice is issued for every order. For individual orders we ask for your Turkish ID number; for corporate orders, the tax office and tax number. This information is used only to meet our legal invoicing obligations.

5. Delivery

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days, handed to the carrier within 7 business days at the latest and, in all cases, delivered within the legal maximum of 30 days. Shipping is free for all orders within Türkiye.

The recipient is responsible for providing a correct address. If a shipped parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, the shipping cost for redelivery is paid by the recipient.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

Because our products are made to order according to your personal choices, the right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to Article 15(1)(ç) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts.

You can cancel your order on the day you place it by contacting us, as long as it has not gone into production. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement or a full refund. For the process and conditions, please see our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, texts, logos and brand elements on the Site belong to GAİJİN MÜCEVHERAT VE AKSESUAR LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or are used under licence. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

9. User Obligations

You must comply with applicable law and provide accurate information when using the Site. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with false or misleading information or showing signs of misuse; in that case, any payment taken is refunded.

10. Third-Party Services

The Site runs on Shopify. Payments are processed by PayTR and deliveries are handled by our contracted carriers. Only the information needed to fulfil your order is shared with these providers.

11. Dispute Resolution

You can send any complaint to us first. For disputes, the Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version applies from the date it is published on the Site; orders already placed are governed by the terms in force on the order date.
