Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website at www.deliadore.com (“Site”) or placing an order. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. General Provisions

This website belongs to the Deliadore brand and is operated by Deliadore. All content, products, designs, images, and texts available on the Site are protected under intellectual property laws.

2. Product Information and Production Process

Most of the products offered on the Site are handmade and/or made-to-order. The production process is carried out in our workshop located in Istanbul.

Due to the nature of handcrafted items, minor variations in size, color, or details may occur. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Stock Availability

Stock information is kept up to date through the system. However, in rare cases, a product shown as available may actually be out of stock due to technical or operational reasons.

In such cases, the order may be canceled or production may be initiated upon informing the customer. The customer will be notified and their approval will be obtained.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders placed through the Site are processed after the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Payments are processed via the Shopify infrastructure and secure payment providers. Credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods offered on the Site may be used.

For invoicing purposes, a Turkish ID Number or Tax Identification Number may be requested during payment. This information is used solely to fulfill legal invoicing obligations.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Orders are delivered within Türkiye via contracted shipping carriers.

  • Standard products are generally shipped within 1–5 business days.
  • Delivery times may be longer for personalized or made-to-order products.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier’s operations and the delivery address.

6. Returns and Refunds

If a product has a manufacturing defect, it may be returned and, following inspection, a refund or replacement will be provided.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, product images, texts, and brand elements on the Site belong to Deliadore or are used under license.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. User Obligations

Users are required to comply with applicable laws while using the Site.

In cases of providing misleading information, placing fraudulent orders, or misuse of the Site, Deliadore reserves the right to cancel orders and pursue legal action if necessary.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site infrastructure is provided by Shopify. Third-party service providers (including payment, shipping, customer support, and technical services) may be used for operational purposes.

These services are utilized solely to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and the processing of orders.

10. Right to Modify

Deliadore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Site.
