Follow the steps below to order from Deliadore.
1. Choose Your Product
On the product page, choose the base, colour/plating and, where available, your charms. Your piece is made to order according to these choices.
2. Add to Cart
Click "Add to cart". You can keep shopping or go to your cart.
3. Review Your Cart
Check your products, choices and total. If you have a discount code, you can enter it at checkout.
4. Approve the Agreements
In the cart, read the Preliminary Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the KVKK Privacy Notice, then tick the approval box. You cannot continue to checkout without approving. Please remember that the right of withdrawal does not apply because your products are made to order.
5. Enter Delivery and Invoice Details
Enter your name, delivery address, phone number and email address in full. For the invoice, enter your Turkish ID number for individual orders, or your company name, tax office and tax number for corporate orders. Shipping is free for all orders within Türkiye.
6. Make Your Payment
Enter your card details on the PayTR secure payment screen, choose instalments if you wish, and complete 3D Secure verification.
7. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is complete, you will see the order confirmation page. Your order summary, together with the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, is sent to your email address.
8. Production and Shipping
Your order is usually prepared within 1–3 business days and handed to the carrier within 7 business days at the latest. When it ships, we email you the carrier name and tracking number; you can follow your parcel on our Order Tracking page.
