These terms apply to orders placed on www.deliadore.com.
Right of Withdrawal
Deliadore products are not shipped from stock. Each piece is made to order based on the base, colour/plating and charm combination you choose. A returned product cannot be sold to another customer and would have to be melted down to be reused, which also removes the plating.
Therefore, pursuant to Article 15(1)(ç) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the products on our website.
Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order before it goes into production. To do so, email info@deliadore.com with your order number or call (+90) 533 424 36 05 on the same day you placed your order.
If production has not yet started, your order will be cancelled and the full amount refunded to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled, as they are being made to your selection.
Exchanges and Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products
If a product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement or a full refund:
- If the package arrives damaged, ask the courier to prepare a damage report.
- Within 48 hours of delivery, send your order number and photos to info@deliadore.com.
- Once your request is approved, you send the product back to us free of charge via our contracted carrier.
- After inspection, we send you a new product or refund your payment, whichever you prefer.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest after the product reaches us. For instalment payments the full amount is refunded; how and when it appears on your card depends on your bank.
Exclusions
Damage caused by contact with chemicals (perfume, chlorine, sea water, etc.), impact or improper use is not considered a manufacturing defect. Your statutory rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 for manufacturing defects remain reserved.
