Shopping Security

Deliadore is responsible for any loss or damage until your order is delivered to you. If you notice damage to the parcel on delivery, ask the courier to prepare a damage report and notify info@deliadore.com within 48 hours.

Payment Security

All payments are taken through the PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. infrastructure. Your card details are not seen, recorded or stored by Deliadore; they are encrypted and sent to the bank directly through PayTR's PCI-DSS compliant systems.

Payments are taken with 3D Secure verification.

SSL Certificate

deliadore.com is protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate, so information sent through the site is encrypted. On the page where you enter your card details, you can check that the address starts with https:// and that a padlock icon appears in your browser.

Fraud and Security Checks

Your bank or PayTR may apply additional security checks to some transactions. The transaction may be held temporarily, your bank may contact you to verify it, or, where necessary, the order may be cancelled and your payment refunded.

Enter your address and contact details correctly; the rules in our Shipping Policy apply to delivery problems caused by an incorrect address.
Keep your own device and network secure.

Temporary technical issues caused by third-party systems such as banks or PayTR are outside Deliadore's control; your statutory rights remain reserved in such cases.
