Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product ordered to themself or to the person or organization specified as the delivery address.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be made to the Seller within this period via the communication channels (contact form, e-mail, or telephone) specified on the website www.deliadore.com, and the products must not be within the scope of “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used.” The Seller reserves the right not to accept returns sent without prior notification.
The consumer or a third party is obliged to send all invoices, waybills, certificates, insurance forms, product boxes, packaging, and all other documents and materials sent to them along with the product return to the Seller completely. The VAT and other legal obligations, if any, of products whose original invoice is not sent will not be refunded.
The consumer is responsible for any deterioration, damage, or loss of value that occurs in the product and the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons arising from the shipping company or the consumer making the return during the return shipment.
Following the receipt of the returned product and documents by the Seller, the product price will be refunded to the consumer within 14 (fourteen) days.
Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
Since the following products are considered custom-made or personalized choices, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:
- Ring orders: Due to the custom preparation of the ring size, there is no legal right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
- Bracelet and necklace orders: The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products where the length/size is determined individually.
- Earring orders: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for used or opened earrings.
- Magnetic charms and charm packages: Charms and charm packages created as personal combinations by the customer are considered personalized choices, so returns are not accepted.
- Products with inscriptions or engravings: All products with personal inscriptions or engravings, including wedding bands.
- Special orders with altered metal purity, color, or model: All products produced custom-made outside the standard catalog.
- Products modified after delivery: Ring size, necklace or bracelet length, and model changes made at the buyer's request.
- International deliveries: Products delivered to an address outside the Turkish Customs Territory as a result of the buyer declaring an international delivery address are outside the scope of return under Turkish consumer legislation. International buyers should review the consumer legislation of the country where it is valid before placing an order.
