All our products are carefully crafted and undergo quality control before shipment. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, our return and refund process is as follows:
Return Conditions
- For non-personalized products, you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- For returns made via our contracted shipping carrier, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
- No restocking fee is applied for returns.

Non-Returnable Items
- Jewelry products such as bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings, and similar items are considered personalized products, as their production process is planned specifically per order.
- Once the order is confirmed and production has begun, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these items.
- Products that include custom sizing, names, dates, letters, symbols, personal requests, or custom designs are non-returnable.
Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved and the product has been received by us, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
- For defective or faulty products, all return and shipping costs will be covered by us.
- You will be kept informed throughout the return process.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
