Distance Selling Agreement
DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT MATTER
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") was approved electronically between the following parties on the date of the Buyer's order:

2. SCOPE
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ("Products") specified in Article 3 below, which the Buyer wishes to purchase by ordering on the e-commerce website www.deliadore.com ("Website"), including cases where the Buyer transacts through the application on their mobile device, as well as other matters.
3. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT AND THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS
The type and kind, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price including all taxes of the Products are as stated in the product promotion page on the Website and in this Agreement. The list of Products subject to the Agreement and the sales price including all taxes are included in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer and on the invoice.
4. INVOICE INFORMATION
Invoice information (Name-Surname, Address, Phone, Email) is the information declared by the Buyer during the order and detailed in the order confirmation email.
5. DELIVERY INFORMATION
The person to be delivered to, contact information, and delivery address are the current information stated by the Buyer in the order form and notified to the Seller.
6. MATTERS PREVIOUSLY INFORMED TO THE BUYER
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and reviewed all relevant information texts on the Website before the Agreement was concluded and are fully informed about the product features, Seller's identity information, total price, terms of the right of withdrawal, and dispute resolution methods.
7. DELIVERY
The Seller is obliged to deliver the Products to the address specified by the Buyer. The Products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the moment the order reaches the Seller. If the Products have been prepared according to the Buyer's personal needs (ring size adjustment etc.), this period may exceed 30 days.
8. PAYMENT
Prices on the Website include VAT but do not include shipping fees (unless otherwise stated). If the bank or financial institution cancels the payment, the Seller is released from the delivery obligation. In installment transactions, the terms of the agreement between the Buyer and their Bank apply.
9. SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products complete, in accordance with the order, and with warranty documents, if any. In cases where the product subject to the order becomes impossible, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within 3 days and refund the amount within 14 days.
10. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the cargo before receiving the Products and to have a report drawn up by the cargo official for damaged products. In the corporate invoice option, the accuracy of tax information is the responsibility of the Buyer.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may return the Products purchased by exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without incurring any legal or penal liability and without stating any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification to the Seller within this period is mandatory.
12. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
ATTENTION: The RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED for jewelry products prepared according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs (ring size adjusted, special text written, engraved, or completely custom-designed for the Buyer) and returns are not accepted.
13. RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer acknowledges having read the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy on the Website. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK Law No. 6698.
15. AGREEMENT ON EVIDENCE
The Parties accept and declare that the Seller's official books and commercial records, as well as electronic information kept in its database, shall constitute conclusive evidence in disputes that may arise from this Agreement (Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure).
16. EFFECTIVENESS
This Agreement, consisting of 16 (sixteen) articles, entered into force on the date it was approved electronically by the Buyer. The order confirmation email and its attachments are an integral part of the Agreement.
