www.deliadore.com (the “Site”) is operated by GAİJİN MÜCEVHERAT VE AKSESUAR LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Deliadore”). Everyone who uses the Site is deemed to accept the terms below. Orders are also governed by the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

Shopping Conditions

Persons under 18 may not shop on the Site.
You do not need an account to shop. Membership is free and makes future orders faster.
Prices and sales conditions on the Site apply only to deliadore.com.
Purchases are deemed to be for personal use. Reselling products in bulk for commercial purposes is prohibited; individual repeat orders are not affected.

Prices and Content

Deliadore reserves the right to change prices, images, product features and other content on the Site. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

If a product's price or features are clearly shown incorrectly due to a technical error, we may cancel the order after informing you. In that case, the full amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

Products and Production

Our products are handcrafted to order, so there may be small differences in weight and size.

If an ordered product cannot be produced for any reason, we will inform you by email or phone within 3 days at the latest and refund the amount you paid to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

Security Review

If there is a suspicion of fraud involving the payment method used for an order, Deliadore may cancel the order or ask you for additional information to secure the transaction. In that case, any payment taken is refunded.

Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, designs and other content on the Site belong to GAİJİN MÜCEVHERAT VE AKSESUAR LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or are used under licence. They may not be copied, reproduced or published elsewhere without written permission.
