There is no obligation to become a member to shop through deliadore.com. However, it is recommended to create a membership to benefit from various advantages and to complete your subsequent purchases faster. Membership is free of charge.

All product prices and sales conditions offered on deliadore.com are valid only for deliadore.com.

deliadore.com is not responsible for price and content errors resulting from typographical, system, or technical errors. Orders with incorrectly displayed prices, scopes, or features may be canceled.

deliadore.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to request additional information from the order owner to ensure transaction security if it detects suspicion of fraud related to the credit card or other payment instruments used for the order, following inspections conducted within the framework of its own security criteria. It is not obligatory to share the details of the security inspection with the order owner.

Purchases made through deliadore.com are considered for personal use. It is forbidden to resell purchased products in bulk for commercial purposes; individual repeat orders are excluded from this scope.

No text, image, logo, design, or other content on deliadore.com may be used without permission. No material or function on the site may be published, copied, or reproduced in other media without the written permission of GAİJİN MÜCEVHERAT VE AKSESUAR LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

For orders placed via bank transfer/EFT, the order processing date is not the date the order was created, but the date the payment reaches the company's bank accounts.

For orders placed via bank transfer/EFT, orders for which payment is not made within 7 (seven) days and for which no notification of payment completion is made through deliadore.com will be canceled.

GAİJİN MÜCEVHERAT VE AKSESUAR LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ may not continuously keep stock of all products offered for sale on deliadore.com. Ordered products may be put into production when deemed necessary. However, products that are out of stock or whose production is not possible due to various reasons may occur. In this case, the order owner is informed by e-mail or telephone, and the product price is refunded to the credit card if payment was made by credit card, or to the relevant bank account if payment was made by bank transfer/EFT, within 7 (seven) days.

Due to the handmade nature of the products ordered through deliadore.com, there may be differences in the karats and grams of the products. Adjusting rings according to the customer's stated measurements may also cause changes in the product weight.
