Preliminary Information Form

1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT

This Pre-Information Form ("Form") has been prepared for the purpose of providing information in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection ("TKHK") and the Distance Contracts Regulation ("Regulation") concerning the Distance Sales Agreement to be concluded between GAİJİN MÜCEVHERAT VE AKSESUAR LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Seller”) and (“Buyer”).

The Seller and the Buyer shall hereinafter be referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties".

4. BASIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type and kind, quantity, brand/model, color, and all-inclusive sales price of the products are as stated on the product's promotional page on the Website and in the Agreement ("Products").

The prices announced on the Website are sales prices. The announced prices are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

5. DELIVERY AND INVOICE INFORMATION

Delivery Information: The person to be delivered to, contact and address information are those declared by the Buyer in the order form.

Invoice Information: Name-Surname/Commercial Title, Address and tax information are prepared according to the Buyer's declaration.

6. PAYMENT

The total order amount (including product price, shipping, and taxes) is included in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer and on the invoice. The payment method is credit card, and the transaction is carried out on the order date.

7. DELIVERY

The delivery address is personally notified by the Buyer to the Seller. The Seller is obliged to deliver the Products to the address notified by the Buyer, and the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the address notified to the Seller is complete, accurate, and correct. The Products will be delivered to the Buyer within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the Products have been prepared according to the Buyer's request or personal needs (e.g., ring size adjustment), this period may exceed 30 (thirty) days.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

The price of the Products is as specified in the tables above. The prices on the Website include VAT and taxes but do not include shipping fees. For installment sales, the interest rates and contract provisions determined by the Bank apply.

9. SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The Seller is obliged to deliver the Products completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with warranty certificates and user manuals, if any. In cases where the performance of the goods becomes impossible, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within 3 days and make a refund within 14 days.

10. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the Products before taking delivery; not to accept damaged and/or defective Products from the cargo company and to have a report drawn up by the cargo company official.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may return the Products by exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without incurring any legal or criminal liability. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification to the Seller within this period is mandatory.

12. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

ATTENTION: The RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED for jewelry products prepared according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs (ring size adjusted, special text engraved, engraved, or designed completely custom for the Buyer), and returns will not be accepted.

The technical stages for concluding the Agreement by placing an order through the Website and the tools for correcting errors are specified on the relevant pages.

14. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. The Buyer's personal data is processed by the Seller in accordance with KVKK Law No. 6698.

15. RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
