The jewelry you purchase is custom-made for you according to the preferences you specified during the order process. The jewelry is shipped to your delivery address in a special box, along with a certificate, invoice, and delivery note. A gift note may be included upon request. The packaging is secure and meticulous.

If you wish, you can specify different delivery and billing addresses, ensuring your invoice reaches you and your gift goes to the recipient of your choice.

The number of days within which your order will be handed over to the shipping company is indicated on the product details page of the item you purchased.

Since production processes are largely manual labor , production and delivery times may occasionally exceed the specified timeframe.

We will investigate the matter and resend your order as soon as possible.

By accepting delivery of the product, you are deemed to have fully fulfilled the delivery obligations of the shipping company.
