Shipping Process
At Deliadore, we work diligently to ensure your orders reach you safely and quickly. Due to the personalized nature of our products, they are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable and fast shipping carriers. Information about the shipping carrier will be provided in the order confirmation and sent to you via email.
Delivery Times
Domestic Delivery (within Turkey): Delivered to your address within 1-3 business days after being shipped.
International Delivery: We ship globally. International delivery times vary by country and are generally between 5-15 business days.
Shipping Fees
Within Turkey: Shipping fees may vary depending on your basket total. You can benefit from our free shipping campaigns for orders above a certain amount.
International: International shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and order weight. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated when you select your country during the checkout process.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent via email. You can track the status of your shipment in real-time on our Order Tracking page or on the shipping carrier's website.
Delivery Address
It is very important that you enter your delivery address completely and accurately during the order placement. We are not responsible for delays that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. For address changes, you can contact our customer service before the order is shipped.
Undeliverable Shipments
If the delivery person cannot find anyone at your address during delivery, they will leave a notification. You can pick up your package from the cargo branch or request re-delivery.
Damaged Shipment
Always inspect your package in front of the delivery person when receiving it. If the package appears damaged or opened, do not accept it without having a report filed and immediately contact our customer service.
Special Days and Holidays
Shipping delivery times may be extended on official holidays and special days (Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, etc.). You will be informed in advance about these situations.
