Return & Exchange Terms (Online Store)
These Return & Exchange Conditions apply only to online sales made through www.deliadore.com. GAİJİN MÜCEVHERAT VE AKSESUAR LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ does not have any physical stores.
Upon receiving the product, you will see that the jewelry offered for sale on deliadore.com is much more aesthetically pleasing and of higher quality than the product images suggest. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Right of Return
Within the scope of the Distance Sales Agreement, products purchased from the online store can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
However, according to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no legal right of withdrawal for the product categories listed below.
Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Since the following products are considered custom-made or personal selections, returns and exchanges are not accepted:
- Ring orders: There is no legal right of withdrawal as the ring size is custom-made.
- Bracelet and necklace orders: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products where the length/size is custom-determined.
- Earring orders: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for used earrings or earrings with opened packaging.
- Magnetic charms and charm packs: Charm and charm packs, which are chosen by the customer to create a personal combination, are considered personal selections and therefore returns are not accepted.
- Products with inscriptions or engravings: Including wedding bands, there is no right of withdrawal or return for any products with personal inscriptions or engravings.
- Special orders with altered metal purity, color, or model: All products custom-made outside of the standard catalog.
- Products modified after delivery: Ring size, necklace or bracelet length, or model changes made at the buyer's request after the product has been delivered.
Return Notification
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the decision to withdraw must be notified to the Seller within 14 days via the communication channels (contact form, e-mail, or telephone) available on deliadore.com.
Returns sent without prior approval from the Seller may not be accepted, and the shipment may not be received.
Return Shipment and Responsibility
Products to be returned must be sent complete and undamaged, along with the jewelry, invoice, delivery note, certificate, and any gift items, to the return address provided by the Seller.
For products for which the original invoice is not sent, the VAT and any other legal obligations, if any, will not be refunded.
For invoices issued in the name of a company, the product must be sent with a return invoice for the return process to be completed.
All responsibility for the return package reaching the specified address rests with the Consumer.
Refund of Return Amount
Following the Seller's receipt of the returned product and documents, the product amount will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days;
- To the credit card for payments made by credit card,
- To the relevant bank account for payments made by bank transfer/EFT.
Return transactions are carried out in accordance with the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, as stated in the Distance Sales Agreement.
